Workplace Health Award

Riverside are please to have achieved the “Small Workplace Health Award”  accreditation to add to our many others.

The Small Workplace Health Award is one of the Healthy Working Wales programmes and is the national mark of quality for health and well-being aimed at organisations

It is a developmental process, based on good practice and improvement and can be used to support activities that promote the health and well-being of employees.

The award has been developed to reduce ill-health issues such as stress and musculoskeletal disorders in the workplace, as well as promote healthy lifestyle behaviors which should help to improve the overall performance of the organisation and productivity levels.
