We welcome on board a new client Knox & Wells, long established Cardiff based Construction Company, with this prestigious Welsh Assembly Project. Covering a 40 week program we will undertake all the Mechanical and Electrical works on this refurbishment. Firstly the buildings 5 floors will be fully stripped out and once complete the new services installed. This will include all Gas Fired Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Domestic hot/cold water, Sanitary goods, Electrical Distribution, Small Power, Lighting, Security System, Fire Alarm, Data and PV
