Riverside have secured the contract for the refurbishment of the former Jo Jo Maman Bebe distribution warehouse in Newport. Now owned by W & W work is due to commence immediately with the removal of the existing mechanical, electrical, ventilation and air conditioning with the intention to supply and install all new services to the new offices, workshops and warehouse that will be constructed in the existing building. This project has to be delivered during a 10 week period for the client and we are confident it will prove successful.
