Riverside HQ Development

Due to continued expansion Riverside have started a redevelopment of their current office and production premises. Tondu road has been the home of Riverside for 25 years and has certainly been outgrown.

Using our years of experience we have decided to manage the redevelopment in house and are constructing a additional 3800 sq feet of storage warehouse and a additional 3000 sq feet of office space

Also planned is a major overhaul of the production facility that produces all the be spoke air conditioning units, ventilation and steel fabrication. We even have to enlarge the car park!

The offices will act as a window for our services and feature the latest in HVAC, lighting, IT, office interiors etc
