Project Spotlight: Revvity’s Climate Control Transformation.

Riverside is proud to announce the successful completion of a major project aimed at enhancing the comfort and productivity of the working environment at Revvity, a local Biotechnology company. Our commitment to innovation and excellence shines through as we unveil the results of our extensive work in climate control.

Scope of the project: Our mission was to provide efficient and effective heating and cooling solutions for various areas within the Revvity facility. Here’s a breakdown of the project’s key components:

• Working Bays – 40kw Heating & Cooling: We supplied and installed state of the art Panasonic ducted air conditioning systems in the 11 working bays. These systems offer a combined capacity of 40kw, ensuring optimal climate conditions for tasks ranging from precision work to heavy duty projects. The project encompassed the installation of all necessary refrigerant pipework and accessories.

Additionally, our team performed critical tasks, including pressure testing, vacuuming and re charging R32 refrigerant back into the system. The meticulous approach guarantees the systems’ reliability and efficiency. The final step involved comprehensive testing and commissioning to ensure seamless operation.

• LSDX Main Area – 100kw Heating & Cooling: For the high demand LSDX main area, we supplied and installed Panasonic Ducted Air Conditioning systems with remarkable heating and cooling capacity of 100kw. These systems are equipped with advanced features and were completed by the installation of refrigerant pipework and accessories.

Just like the working bays, our team executed pressure testing, vacuuming and re charging of R32 refrigerant. The thorough process is the cornerstone of our commitment to delivering reliable solutions. The systems we meticulously tested and commissioned to meet the highest standards.

• AES Area – 80kw Heating & Cooling: In the AES area, we once again implemented Panasonic Ducted Air Conditioning systems with a combined heating and cooling capacity of 80kw. Our comprehensive approach included the installation of refrigerant pipework and accessories.

The same rigorous process of pressure testing, vacuuming and re charging of R32 refrigerant was applied here. We ensured that the systems ere perfectly calibrated and commissioned to provide optimal comfort and efficiency.
