Plant & Vehicle Office Block

Tata Steel Port Talbot works predominantly uses steam to provide office heating. Riverside has been commisioned to refurb the two story Plant + Vehicle work shop offices heating system and wash rooms.

Due to the ageing steam supply it was decided to convert the system to an 80KW Dimplex air source heat pump system offering considerable savings on energy.

Both Riverside and Tata are well supportive of the need for Renewable Energy and are delighted the project is moving forward.
