Newport Retail Park

Work starts on the refurbishment of an old MFI unit on the Newport retail park this October. We have been contracted by Andrew Scotts to undertake the complete mechanical and electrical package. The old unit has been surrended by its current occupiers and it is being split into 2 smaller units for two of the high streets leading retailers. Riverside will under take the complete M & E strip out and then complete the new fit out to the demanding high standards that are required in the retail sector. The program has a short turn around and the project will be completed for a end of year opening.
