Riverside has recently secured the second phase of this multi million pound development which involves the refurbishment of some of the existing blocks. Split into 6 phases the work will run until approximately July 2016 during which we shall supply a complete new sprinkler system, extensive natural ventilation systems, BMS controls, radiant panel heating, domestic services, sanitaryware installation, above ground drainage and reconfiguration of the existing boiler plant converting from lpg to natural gas. During the switchover of the plant we shall be providing heat generation for the building in the form of an external packaged plant room, which will ensure minimum disruption to the end user. We are confident that the 2nd phase will prove a successful as phase 1.
