Insole Court – Llandaff, Cardiff

Riverside is pleased to announce that they have secured this prestigious project on the outskirts of Cardiff. Having carried out the complete refurbishment at Cardigan Castle our engineers have gained invaluable experience and demonstrated that we can work professionally and methodically on the most demanding projects the commercial industry has to offer. Insole Court is one of the most important and prominent secular building in Llandaff. The Court is listed Grade 2* and the Stables Grade 2, with the gardens also included on the Welsh Register of Historic Gardens. We have been contracted to carry out the complete phased replacement of the existing mechanical services introducing a state of the art BMS package, underfloor heating, mechanical ventilation c/w heat recovery, this is without changing the fabric and look of this 1850’s building.
