Croeserw Community Centre

Riverside continue to go from strength to strength after recently securing this new build at Croeserw. We are due to commence early next year and carry out the complete mechanical and electrical installation on this Breeam excellent project. These are exciting times for Riverside and our first project where we are able to utilize all of our in house skills, not just the M & E but also our air conditioning and duct work fabricating divisions. As part of the accreditation for the Breeam assessment we are also providing a range of re-newable systems including natural ventilation, leak detection, plus a range of other saving systems. We are currently working closely with the builder and Saba consult to ensure the project is a complete success.
