As Riverside continue to branch out into the commercial market we are pleased to announce another success after securing a scheme in Cardiff. Cloughmore Medical Centre is for Apollo medical, and have been contracted to carry out the complete mechanical, electrical, ventilation and air conditioning installations. The project also has a range of renewable systems including pv panels & natural vemtilation plus a range of other energy saving devices. We have employed the highly regarded consultant Vitec, and are working closely with them on this design & build contract. We are also looking forward to working with another new client of ours – Dawnus Construction who are the main contractor on this particular project
