Cardigan Castle

 

Riverside have been awarded the full Mechanical & Electrical packages on the prestigious Cardigan Castle renovation scheme.

Andrew Scotts have secured the project working with Cadwgan Building Preservation Trust who are working very hard with Ceredigion County Council to save Cardigan Castle and associated building on its 2 acre site.

The £11 million project has secured heritage lottery funding and financial support from WEFO. Cadwgan and the Princes regeneration trust are also actively involved.

The scheme will see 7 sets of buildings renovated for a variety of users. The ultimate aim is to make Cardigan Castle a major tourist and cultural venue.

Our package involves: Gas/ water site distribution, Air source heat pump, Combi boilers and associated heating equipment, Sanitary ware, Ventilation, Cast iron rainwater, Under floor heating, Small power, PV solar power, Access control, CCTV, Alarms, LV distribution
