Burlais Primary School

These are very exciting times to be part of the Riverside team, having recently secured the contract and appointed the mechanical & electrical contractor on this new primary school in Cwmbwrla Park Swansea. Our initial design will commence immediately on this Breeam excellent project, followed by our installation shortly thereafter. A small selection of our package will involve the lighting installation, small power, data, solar pv, sprinkler systems, underfloor heating, BMS controls, ventilation, air conditioning, natural ventilation & leak detection.

We are looking forward to be working with Dawnus team again and together we are sure the project will prove a complete success.
