SWPA Plumbing & Legionella Contract – Jan 2013 till Dec 2016

Riverside have a long and successful relationship with South Wales Police Authority spanning some 25 years. We have worked with the police to implement a frame work agreement to cover all the plumbing and heating works within the force area. Included in the plumbing and heating works is a full 365 day 24 hour call out for everything from a blocked drain to a heating failure. Added to the frame work was the risk assessment and corrective actions for their legionella control followed on by all monitoring of their systems. The legionella control is based on a 24 month cycle of compliance
