Morgan Advanced Materials – Swansea

Riverside are delighted to have secured this prestigious contract with a new contractor to ourselves Henstaff Construction Ltd. The project sees a full Mechanical and Electrical strip out being undertaken of the old Morganite factory on the Swansea Enterprise Park. Working alongside Henstaff Riverside will Design and Install the full Mechanical and Electrical services.

Included in the scheme will be production/stores areas, offices, conference rooms, laboratories, test facilities, toilets, shower blocks, server rooms. Our services include all the air conditioning, ventilation, heat recovery, heating, hot and cold water, electrical supplies, lighting, fire alarm, CCTV, intruder alarm, compressed air, laboratory gasses and car park lighting.

The design will be carried out by Holloway Partnership.
