Over the last few months, we’ve been working with one of the UK’s leading experts in heat transfer fluids, Hydratech.
Founded in 1988, Hydratech began as a family business, formulating and manufacturing inhibited glycols, antifreeze solutions, and water treatment chemicals. In addition to inhibitors and cleansers, for protecting cooling and heating systems.
Now part of the larger Liquitherm Technologies Group, Hydratech is recognised as the industry’s leading heat transfer fluid expert for process and hydronic systems.
They provide superior protection against corrosion, scaling, and biological fouling. Developing a range of high-performance multi-metal and multi-function inhibitors, as well as cleansing and conditioning products that ensure complete disinfection and sterilisation.
Ventilation Project: Design, Manufacture, and Installation
In May this year, Riverside were asked to quote for the design, manufacture, and installation of a new ventilation system to serve their brand new building in Swansea.
We were asked to provide extract ventilation for the ground-floor male and female toilets. In addition to heat recovery ventilation for the first-floor offices and the ground-floor Wet Lab area.
Both extract and heat recovery ventilation are highly beneficial because they help improve employee well-being and productivity. They also ensure a professional, safe environment while significantly reducing operational costs through energy efficiency.
Following the client’s instruction to proceed with the work, the project is on track for completion in October 2025.
The partnership between Riverside and Hydratech is a prime example of our commitment to delivering tailored ventilation solutions that meet the specific needs of our clients.
We look forward to a successful completion of the project and a continued partnership.
