Facilities Management company, Riverside, has appointed a new Board of Directors to future-proof the business and drive its next phase of growth.
Future-proofing the Business
Managing Director Nick John, who has led Riverside for over 43 years as a Director and Shareholder, will remain in his role to oversee the business. Under the new structure, Aimee John, Bradley John, and Ian James join the Board of Directors.
The new structure redistributes key responsibilities:
- Ian James steps into the role of Operations Director. While continuing to lead all mechanical projects—including plumbing, heating, and air conditioning installations—he now takes on broader operational oversight.
- Aimee John and Bradley John join as Directors, where they will define strategic direction, drive performance, and manage day-to-day operations.
These appointments expand leadership capacity across the business. By prioritizing continuity and stability, Riverside is building long-term resilience as it looks toward 2026 and beyond.
Managing Director, Nick John said:
“These changes reflect a proactive approach to leadership and succession planning, ensuring Riverside remains strong, adaptable and well-positioned for the future. With a refreshed board and a focused management team in place, Riverside will continue to deliver high-quality services while building on its long-standing reputation across the region.”
